Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children:
...are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

Director's Description to School's Approach to Discipline
Make sure that all children are safe, both physically and emotionally.
When they are issues of physical aggression or emotional aggression, then a staff member helps facilitate safety first, then a re-direction if needed.
Warnings about the control of their bodies or what they say can also be given and suggestions made by the teacher.
After a warning, if behavior persists, then the child is redirected to another area of the room such as the art area or the book area.
Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety
Parent #1
Snacks are provided by the parents, thus usually healthy. Birthday treats are allowed, which the children love!
Parent #2
The space is wonderful. Large and bright and open. And very clean. The assistant is always right there cleaning up messes as they happen.
Parent #3
building is old but clean, so good condition. Same for outside play equipment - definitely safe, but worn.
