Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children:
...are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

Director's Response to a Sample Discipline Scenario
Description of how teachers handle the following scenario: Child A and Child B are good friends and usually play together. One day, Child A decides to play with Child C and tells Child B, 'I don't want to play with you today. I'm playing with Child C instead.'
We would encourage all of the children to play together, emphasize that we are all friends. Our school is very small and intimate and since our children are quite young this doesn't really come up much, if at all, with our students as of yet.
Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety
Parent #1
A very well-runned place. Every time I drop off my child, it smells good - like waffles.
Parent #2
School facilty does not have it's own outdoor space, so it effectively utilizes the local park and recreation center.
Parent #3
Ladybugs takes advantage of its proximity to Moscone Park and Playground. The children attend Tiny Tos at the Moscone Rec Center as well.
Parent #4
Ladybug preschool does have a small outdoor space which is utilized for making art and bubbles and such. It is essentially a small deck, but the children go to Moscone park and to Fort Mason everyday!
Parent #5
My child attends LadyBug Too and it is very cleaned and orderly.
