The 3Cs: consistency, compassion, and cooperation.
Consistency: we repeat (in English and French) phrases such as "we do not grab."
Compassion: we model empathy for the child who is said or feels wronged.
Cooperation: we expect the aggressor to try to help their friend feel better.

Because the program, director, and facilities are all new, there have been some improvements needed along the way. The director and staff have listened to input from parents and quickly implemented these suggestions for health and safety.
