Applications are accepted: A birth certificate and non-refundable application fee must accompany your application. transcript of subjects and grades. proficiency test results. attendance record. psychological or other individual test results. health records. iep and special education records,if applicable. standardized test result. appropriate application fee copy of most recent report care interview is scheduled with the parents/guardian of students |

| Acceptance criteria:
No child may be accepted for continuing enrollment or for first time enrollment without first submitting a completed application form.
Prncipal and required evaluations administered by Concordia Lutheran School have been completed.
1. Priority Application for Continuing Enrollment 2. Open Application
1. Children of members of Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Church.
2. Children of members of sister Lutheran congregation.
3. Children of non-churched parents.
4. children of churched parents.
