Application Process
Applications are accepted: Our program begins with children 2 1/2 years of age, and fully "potty-trained". please be sure to set an appointment with your child's physician, to complete and sign the medical statement (attached to the information packet). we must have this form returned to our office within 30 days of the date of admission. you will then need to submit it to our office with a registration fee of $40.00. this will reserve your child's space, while the remaining steps are in process of completion. |
